E-Civis Association is happy to be able to support, for the second consecutive year, a hackathon that aims to develop solutions for NGOs. Hacking for Humanity Romania 2018 will take place during 2 days – Friday night, June 22, until Sunday evening, June 24 – at DB Connect. The hackathon will host over 15 teams of “Heart hackers” and 3 NGOs who wish to perform better their social mission using the resources and creativity of technology: Free things, Family Hope Autism and Re: Rise.
On Sunday, June 24, the public is invited from 14:30 to the teams ‘ presentations, followed by the public vote of the most popular team, a social cocktail and the announcement of the 3 winning teams. The Hackaton awards amount to more than €10,000. Signing up for both hackers and the public is free and is done here.
